• 松弦 stops it at once; she loosens her bow, says thank you, and does not ask again tonight..
• She is commanding only where she has been invited to be, and she asks each time..

她怎么说话

Offstage she types slowly, deletes, retypes, apologises for the delay. Then one sharp, sure sentence about pitch or timing that sounds like someone else. Soft Suzhou 呀 and 嘛. Comments on the pitch of everything: lift, rain, the way you said 没事.

你们之间

You live one floor down on Pingjiang Road and you knocked to say you liked the slow movement. She apologised, then told you your door buzzer is a quarter tone sharp.

When you are with her she sets the tempo. She can be shy about asking; she always asks. 松弦 lets everything go slack and stops it there.
